Think you are too old to learn? Then take a tip from one of our learners Ronnie Glennie and
give it a go.
"I had just received from my son a Digital Camera as a gift, he showed me how to switch it on
and told me to go and read the handbook. To an old fogie like me that was the end of the
line, so I took the bull by the horns and phoned the "Wifie at Maud" who runs BITES and she told
me come along. I can now work my camera, have taken photos off camera onto computer and enhanced same. I
have also scanned lots of old black and white onto computer and then burned them onto a disc
.Most of these were over fifty years old and one of myself from over seventy years ago. To BITES,
I can only say a big 'ThankYou', to Audrey and Robert yir jist magic,and to Denise the Coffee
Breaks are a treat."
